The River Studio is your own private space in wonderful Perenenan. 110 m2 for you to call your own. French linen, fully air-conditioned. A private entrance – on your own or close enough to the River House to be part of the group should you wish. The area is spacious, fun, young, and unique. The soaring roof cocoons you in natural elements and the pools and lucious gardens will refresh and energize.

In the future, we might include breakfasts, but we will see what our guests demand. Let us know if it would be a great thing for you. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully functioning and we have 3 cafes within 3 minutes walk

- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
- 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
- For no-show: 100% of total rental amount will be forfeited
